How does someone purchase a portrait?
Email Erin directly at hello@darlingillustrations.com. We’ll discuss the portrait and I’ll send you an invoice via PayPal.
What if I don’t know what animal to choose?
I have an “animal personality questionnaire” on my site. Fill it out for the people in question, and I’ll email you with a few suggestions for their animal personas.

How much do portraits cost?
Single Portrait (9 x 12 inches) $150
Couple Portrait (9 x 12 inches) $200
Family of Four (11 x 15 inches) $300
(Add $50 for each extra person)
How much is shipping?
Shipping is included for US addresses.
For international addresses, there is an additional $10 fee.
What’s the turn-around time?
For anyone who purchases their commission during the promo sale, delivery is guaranteed by the holiday season. Promo sale ends August 17th.
Commissions will be completed on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you’d like to be bumped to the top of my list, you can pay a Rush Fee of $100 per painting.
What if I want to wait to purchase my painting until after the promo sale?
Any requests for portraits after August 17th will go on my waiting list. If you are on my waiting list, I will not invoice you until I am ready to start work on your portrait. Once your invoice is sent, payment is expected within 24 hours.
These paintings will typically be completed within 3 weeks.
How much are the stickers worth?
The 12 stickers are about a $10 value.
To buy the stickers outright, the cost would be $40 for 52 stickers.
How do I buy notecards of my portrait?
Just email me! A pack of 25 notecards costs $65.
Will there be sales on the stickers and notecards?
Yes. Between now and the holidays, I plan on running at least one promotion where people can purchase stickers and notecards at a reduced price.
