Before you place your order, please take some time to read through my terms and conditions below.

All orders placed are done so with the acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MINIMUM:

Opening orders – $150
Re-orders – $100
Minimum order quantity for notecards and stickers – 6 per style
Minimum order quantity for art prints – no minimum

HOW TO ORDER:

Submit your order via email to hello@darlingillustrations.com.

You can type out your order in the body of your email OR use the worksheet in my catalogue, scan it and email it as an attachment.

Orders are accepted exclusively via email at this time.

PAYMENT:

I process orders though Paypal.

After you submit an order, I’ll send an invoice to the email address you provided.

Invoices must be paid in full before your first order is processed.

If you would like to set up bill pay from your bank, reach out to me for bank details.

PRICES:

All prices are listed in US dollars.

All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping.

Prices are subject to change without notice. I will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any orders over $500.

Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING:

Once your order is paid for, please allow 10-14 business days for your order to ship.

I try to keep enough stock on hand to fulfill orders quickly, but I am still a very small business so I sometimes run low and must restock with my printer to fulfill your order.

Larger orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability.

Do you need your order by a specific date? Let me know when you place your order.

Orders within US will ship via USPS, UPS or Fedex. USPS is my preferred shipping, however, so reach out if you have a different preference.

International orders ship via USPS International Mail options, Fedex, or DHL depending on package weight. Delivery time will vary by destination and delivery method.

DISPLAY & PACKAGING:

All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.

If you wish to frame an art print for display, please email me at hello@darlingillustrations.com to discuss this.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

I am happy to accept returns for wrong or damaged products.

Please email me with details of the product prior to returning it. All returns must receive approval and delivery instructions from Darling Illustrations prior to returning.

Return requests must be made in writing to hello@darlingillustrations.com within 72 hours of delivery.

There are no refunds for shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
