When I started to crawl out of my pandemic hermitage, I was sad to find many of the old places I used to love have closed down. This painting is an ode to an old shop I used to love going to with my kids when they were very little: Hello Cupcake, in downtown Tacoma. Their coconut vanilla cream cupcakes were unparalleled.
This painting is featured on my blog post 7 Ways To Support Local Small Businesses.
